We are looking for energetic, ‘switched-on’ team players to join our large, vibrant Southport office.
What We Offer
$33.38/hr base + uncapped commissions, bonuses & super – top performers regularly earn $40+/hr!
Minimum of 25hrs per week + overtime opportunities
Flexible shifts available: 9am–2pm or 2pm–7pm, Monday–Friday

Set appointments for Australians seeking mortgage reduction and financial guidance
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional way
No cold calling, no selling – just connecting people with the right experts
Requirements
Energetic, motivated, and goal-oriented
Excellent phone manner: clear, confident, engaging, with a friendly, genuine approach that builds trust.
Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred
Excellent communication skills
Team-oriented mindset
