Intermediate Accountant

A great opportunity for an experienced Intermediate Accountant to join a well established firm in Ipswich and take the next step in their career.

About The Role
This firm is looking for an Intermediate Accountant with at least two years of public practice experience to join their business services team. You will work across a varied client base, gaining exposure to a broad range of industries while continuing to build your technical skills under the guidance of experienced senior staff.

What You Will Be Doing

Preparing financial statements and tax returns for a range of clients across various industries

Assisting with tax planning and compliance work

Liaising with clients to gather information and address queries

Working closely with senior accountants and managers on more complex client matters

Contributing to the smooth running of client files and meeting deadlines

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 2 years experience in a public practice environment

Working towards CA or CPA qualification

Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge

Good communication skills and a willingness to learn

Ability to manage multiple client files and deadlines
