We’re looking for a motivated and organised Assistant Strata Manager who’s ready to grow. If you’ve had experience in strata admin and are ready to take that next step, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting Strata Managers, you’ll assist with the day-to-day operations of a varied portfolio. Responsibilities include:

• Managing incoming emails and correspondence.
• Assisting with general administration duties, including agendas, minutes, and correspondence for strata meetings
• Assistance with processing and following up on maintenance requests
• Liaising with owners, contractors and other key stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Keeping records and maintaining accurate documentation

What We’re Looking for:

• Previous experience within the Strata or property industryExcellent communication and organisational skills
• An interest in developing a long-term career in strata management
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
