We're now looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team and help us continue building one of Australia and New Zealand's leading PPC and performance marketing agencies.
You'll manage client relationships, develop strategy, execute campaigns, and help clients generate more leads, sales, and growth.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines:

You'll become the primary marketing contact for a portfolio of clients and be responsible for both the strategic direction and execution of their digital marketing activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and helping businesses grow.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Client Strategy & Account Management
Managing a portfolio of digital marketing clients
Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Building strong long-term client relationships
Leading monthly strategy meetings and performance reviews
Presenting campaign results, insights, and recommendations
Developing quarterly marketing plans and growth strategies
Managing client expectations and project delivery
Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and marketing investment
Working closely with business owners, marketing managers, and key stakeholders
Becoming a trusted advisor to clients on digital marketing strategy
Google Ads Management
Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns
Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis
Improving campaign performance and lead quality
Managing campaign budgets and identifying growth opportunities
Monitoring conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance
Developing campaign structures and targeting strategies
Meta Ads Management
Managing and optimising Facebook and Instagram campaigns
Developing audience targeting and remarketing strategies
Monitoring and improving campaign performance
Working with the creative team on campaign messaging and creative assets
Identifying opportunities to improve results and scale campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
Monitoring campaign performance across all marketing channels
Analysing data and identifying opportunities for improvement
Maintaining conversion tracking and analytics systems
Creating monthly client reports
Presenting actionable insights and recommendations
Tracking and improving key performance indicators including:
Leads
Sales
Conversion Rates
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Return On Ad Spend (ROAS)
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Client Growth & Retention
A major focus of this role is helping grow client accounts and delivering long-term value.
You will:
Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts
Recommend new marketing initiatives and campaigns
Improve client retention and satisfaction
Help clients increase marketing performance and marketing maturity
Build trusted relationships that lead to long-term partnerships
Identify opportunities to introduce additional agency services where appropriate
Contribute to agency growth through account expansion and referrals
Success in this role is measured not only by campaign performance but also by client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience in digital marketing
Experience managing client accounts in an agency environment
Strong Google Ads experience
Strong Meta Ads experience
Experience using Google Analytics 4
Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A proactive, results-driven mindset

Email marketing / EDM experience
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) experience
Landing page optimisation experience

You won't be working alone.
You'll be supported by an experienced internal team, including:
A design team to help with creative assets, landing pages, and campaign visuals
Marketing operations support to assist with implementation, systems, reporting, and campaign delivery
Two experienced account managers who you'll collaborate with and learn from
Senior agency leadership to assist with strategy, client growth, and campaign direction
This role suits someone who can take ownership of client accounts while enjoying the support and collaboration of a high-performing team.
Performance Bonuses
In addition to your base salary, this role includes performance bonuses for helping grow the agency.
Many agency account managers are responsible for client relationships and account growth but rarely participate in the upside when those accounts expand.
At Conversion Advantage, we believe team members who help grow the business should share in the rewards.
Performance bonuses may be earned through:
Growing existing client accounts
Identifying upsell opportunities
Expanding clients into additional agency services
Generating referrals from existing clients
Bringing new business opportunities into the agency
Contributing to long-term client retention and account growth
This creates an opportunity to increase your earnings above your base salary while helping clients and the agency grow.
