The Opportunity Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they're looking to add a Contract Administrator to their Ballarat team.

You'll work within a well-resourced project team consisting of:
Project Manager | Contract Administrator | Project Coordinator | OH&S

You'll gain exposure across the full commercial delivery of projects, including:

• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Variations and progress claims
• Contract administration
• Client and subcontractor management
• Design coordination
• Supporting projects from procurement through to completion

The business delivers across health, education, retail, commercial, industrial, warehouse, government and civic projects, providing plenty of variety as your career develops.

About You | We're looking for someone who has:

• Contract Administration experience within commercial construction
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A good understanding of procurement and commercial processes
• A genuine willingness to learn and develop
• An interest in building a long-term career within the Ballarat region

Experience with systems such as Jobpac, Payapps, Hammertech, Aconex or ProcurePro would be beneficial but isn't essential.

Salary is experience dependent, with the business prepared to pay well to secure the right person.
