About the Accounts Receivable Officer position

  • Hourly rate range: $38.00 to $45.00 including leave loading.
  • Location: South-eastern suburbs of Victoria, 8:30am - 4:30pm 3 days a week

  • Handle daily financial activities, including fee collection and supplier payments.
  • Accurately process and reconcile transactions using relevant school financial management systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records and support reporting and audit processes.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, families, and external parties to ensure efficient financial administration.
