Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Height Safety Installer / Inspector to join our Brisbane team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role involving the installation, inspection, certification and maintenance of height safety systems across a wide range of commercial, industrial and government assets.

No two days are the same, with work ranging from new installations through to compliance inspections, testing and maintenance of existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Installation of anchor points, static lines, ladder systems and walkways

Inspection and certification of height safety systems

Testing and compliance reporting

Roof access assessments

Repairs and maintenance of existing systems

Completion of digital inspection reports and documentation

Working safely at heights and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and WHS requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and takes pride in their work.

You may have experience in:

Height Safety Systems

Roofing or Roof Plumbing

Carpentry

Metal Roofing

Solar Installation

Rigging

Boilermaking / Fabrication

Construction Trades

General Construction Labouring

Direct height safety experience is highly regarded but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Essential Requirements

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication skills

Current Driver's Licence

Construction Industry White Card

Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to pass a Police Check and Working with Children Check

Highly Regarded

Previous experience installing or inspecting height safety systems

Trade qualification or trade background

EWP Licence

High Risk Work Licences

Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and WHS legislation

Experience using digital reporting systems

Salary & Benefits

$35 - $45 per hour + Company Vehicle + Superannuation

Salary will be negotiated based on experience, qualifications and industry knowledge.
