Responsibility
- Identify and expand customer base across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia(Singapore ,Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam).
- Assessing client needs and spearheading business negotiations
- Develop and design communication content for ESG engagement initiatives
- Lead business development initiatives for green finance, ESG solutions, EcoVadis ratings services and climate risk consulting services
- Develop market-specific proposals and service plans aligned with regional ESG regulatory frameworks.
- Design market entry strategies, establish local partnerships, and enhance brand visibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development
- 15 years ESG sales/account management experience (candidates with proven channel development capabilities may be considered with less experience
- Hands-on experience in at least one Southeast Asian market (SG,ID/MY/TH/VN)
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning and execution skills
- Experience in green bonds, syndicated loans, rating agencies, carbon certification, investment banking, or asset management.
