Join a reputable real estate developer with a proven track record across residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
What you will do
Oversee the general upkeep of buildings, with a strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and security
Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programmes for company-managed properties
Coordinate and supervise contractors on maintenance, repair, and renovation works
Build and maintain positive working relationships with tenants and business partners
Address complaints, feedback, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
Manage the handover and takeover of premises with tenants or buyers
Actively participate as a member of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (e.g. SIC, ERT, First Aider)
Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager
What you will need
Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), or Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management
Min 2 years of experience in the property or facilities management function
