With strong in-house support and dedicated offshore assistance, you will have the backing to effectively manage your portfolio while reducing unnecessary administration. This is a Monday to Friday opportunity offering a stable, rewarding career path with a competitive salary package of up to $100,000 + Super.

The Role:

• Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio within the St George region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Conduct routine inspections and manage maintenance requests
• Oversee arrears, lease renewals, and day-to-day property management duties
• Provide a high level of customer service and proactive communication
• Work Monday to Friday with no weekend requirements

About You:

• Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager
• Must have NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
• Strong knowledge of NSW legislation and property management processes

• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service
