mySleep have a fantastic opportunity for a Full-time person to join our clinical team on the Southside.

You will work closely with GP’s, Sleep Physicians and Scientists to provide a complete Testing and Treatment Pathway for patients diagnosed with Sleep Apnea.

About the Role:

The CPAP Therapists duties involve the introduction and ongoing management to patients who have been diagnosed with OSA and require CPAP Therapy. This includes the trial of the equipment, the sale of the equipment and the ongoing management of the Therapy to ensure it is effective in its management of OSA but also ensuring that it is comfortable for the patient.

Versatility in being able to do diagnostic sleep studies would be an advantage. The Diagnostic Technician duties include setting up patients for Diagnostic Home-based Sleep Tests and managing the patient pathway through our testing process.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide specialized education, equipment, and continued support to our Patients. Our goal as a Healthcare Company is to provide a positive experience for those going through the Diagnostic and CPAP Patient pathway and by doing so improving their quality of life and building an ongoing positive relationship.

About You:

Experience in CPAP and/or Diagnostics will be highly regarded, but not essential as full training will be provided.

A background in either Nursing, Pharmacy, Optical, or Allied health fields would be highly valued.

Recent Health/Science graduates are also encouraged to apply.

A professional manner for liaising with both customers and healthcare professionals.

You will have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Know your way around a computer and can-do basic troubleshooting.

You have an uncompromising desire to help people and the ability to show compassion.

Attention to detail and the ability to understand and follow complex processes.

Good time management, organizational and problem-solving skills are very important within our busy clinic environment.
