Have you seen our truck driving around the North West Coast? Become a part of the best clean up team in Tasmania! We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and friendly Team Leader to join our journey of providing exceptional service to our local community.

This role is perfect for an ambitious, up and coming professional. You won't be thrown in the deep end, you will start by working one on one with the business owner, learning our standards and exactly how we operate. As you establish yourself, this role will transition into a Full Time leadership position where you will eventually run your own crew and manage jobs independently.

What You'll Be Doing:

Learning & Leading: Starting one on one with the owner before transitioning into a leadership role where you will oversee 1 to 2 field staff on site and keep the daily run on schedule.

The Heavy Lifting: Executing rubbish removals, clean outs, yard clean ups, and pressure washing jobs.

Being the Face of the Business: Providing a friendly, highly professional customer experience on the ground, representing the Clean Up Tassie brand.

Essential Requirements:

Current, valid Driver’s License (Light Rigid / LR truck license is highly desirable!)

Your own reliable transport to get to and from work.

Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration (or willingness to obtain).

Top Hourly Rate: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour + Super.

$50 Weekly Fuel Allowance.
