They are seeking an experienced Associate Director / Tax Manager to take ownership of complex tax matters, technical quality and team development.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead technical reviews with final sign off on tax work
- Handle complex Division 7A, trusts, CGT, restructures and advisory matters
- Review work prepared by local and offshore teams
- Act as the technical escalation point for the team
- Work directly with business owners on complex tax matters
- Mentor and develop accountants and senior accountants
- Assist with technical research, processes and ATO matters
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years' Australian public practice experience
- Current Tax Agent registration
- CA, CPA, IPA or equivalent
- Manager, Senior Manager or Director-level experience
- Strong technical knowledge across Division 7A, CGT, trusts and restructuring
- Proven experience reviewing and signing off tax work
- Experience reviewing offshore-prepared work
- Strong communication and leadership skills
