Our client is an award-winning global LegalTech company seeking a Project Manager to guide law firms through the successful implementation of their market-leading legal practice management software.

No technical or IT experience is required—your legal knowledge, organisational skills and ability to build strong client relationships are what matter most. All of the training you need you will receive.

Why Practice managers? You know how Law firms work. You have excellent organisational skills and have experience managing the different types of relationships at all levels. This is all you need to succeed in this role!

The Role

As the key point of contact for your clients, you'll manage the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring every project is delivered on time and every client enjoys a seamless onboarding experience.

This will be done by working closely with specialist internal teams, you'll coordinate timelines, manage expectations and keep projects running smoothly while building trusted relationships with your clients.

If you are a "people person" who loves building strong relationships then this would be something you would love doing.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing multiple client implementation projects

Coordinating project timelines and stakeholder communication

Guiding law firms through the transition to new legal practice management software

Building strong client relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Working closely with internal implementation specialists to deliver successful outcomes

About You

You'll enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping clients achieve great outcomes.

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience working within a law firm

Experience using legal practice management software

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Strong organisation and time management skills

Confidence managing multiple priorities

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
