We are looking for a Property Leasing Officer to join our close-knit, high-performing team for the long term.

🏠 Your Role

As our Property Leasing Officer, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our Property Management division, ensuring a seamless experience for landlords and tenants alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting routine inspections and reporting on property condition

Conducting Ingoing inspections and assisting new tenancies moving in

Hosting open homes on alternate Saturdays and securing quality tenants

Coordinating repairs and maintenance, liaising with landlords, tenants and tradies

Monitoring and following up rental arrears

Managing vacate notices, notifying landlord and tenants accordingly

Maintaining strict key control and compliance procedures

👤 Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who is:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident, professional and personable with clients and tenants

Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused

Accountable and reliable in delivering outcomes

Comfortable working independently while thriving in a team environment

Available to work alternate Saturdays (essential)

Previous real estate or property management experience is highly regarded, however what matters most is your attitude, professionalism and commitment to building a long-term career. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
