We're partnering with a leading bank undertaking a significant enterprise-wide transformation and are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a high-performing Change Practice.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex transformation initiatives that will shape the future of the organisation. You'll work alongside experienced Change Leaders, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive successful change outcomes across multiple workstreams.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Change Manager, you'll lead end-to-end change management across complex transformation initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders and project teams to ensure successful adoption and sustainable business outcomes.

You'll take ownership of change planning, stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness and adoption activities while supporting and mentoring other change practitioners within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management across multiple transformation initiatives and workstreams.
• Assess change impacts and develop practical, fit-for-purpose change strategies and plans.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders to drive engagement and successful adoption.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness and business acceptance activities.
• Develop adoption measures and monitor the effectiveness of change interventions.
• Partner with learning and communications teams to support effective engagement and capability uplift.
• Identify, manage and mitigate change-related risks and issues.
• Provide governance reporting and regular updates on change progress, risks and dependencies.
• Coach and mentor Change Managers, contributing to the growth of the broader Change Practice.
• Support continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, lessons learned and best practice across the team.

About You

You're an experienced Senior Change Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful business transformation within large, complex organisations.
You'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end change management across enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Demonstrated success delivering organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies.
• Experience leading complex change initiatives across multiple business areas.
• Strong facilitation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Qualifications in Change Management (or a related discipline) or equivalent industry experience.
• Prosci, CMI or similar Change accreditation will be highly regarded.

Highly Regarded

• Experience delivering technology-enabled or business transformation programs.
• Exposure to customer-facing or operational change initiatives.
• Experience supporting large-scale migration or implementation programs.
• Previous experience coaching or mentoring other change practitioners.
