About the Company & Role
Join a leading A1 Main Contractor as a Senior / Architectural Coordinator to support an iconic large scale mixed development project in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage architectural design development from concept through detailed design stages.
Liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure design requirements and project objectives are met.
Review architectural drawings and technical submissions for compliance with project specifications, regulations, and design standards.
Coordinate interdisciplinary design information and resolve design, technical, and coordination issues.
Support the preparation and submission of drawings, documentation, and authority approval applications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of design milestones and project deliverables.
Participate in design meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Building, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural coordination with main contractors in Singapore.
