Our client is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Property Executive cum FSM in joining them.

Work closely with clients to conduct inspections of tenant units and identify any fire safety and regulatory non-compliance issues.

Prepare inspection reports and document findings, observations, and recommended corrective actions after each inspection.

Engage with tenants on compliance matters and carry out enforcement actions where necessary.

Conduct regular inspections of common areas to ensure proper maintenance and compliance with safety standards.

Assist tenants in resolving non-compliance issues at their own cost and within the required timeline.

Supervise contractors and ensure all repair, preventive, and routine maintenance works are carried out properly and completed in accordance with contract specifications and standards.

Schedule and coordinate breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational effectiveness.

Monitor and ensure common property areas are maintained in satisfactory and serviceable condition in compliance with relevant authority requirements.

Recommend and coordinate rectification or improvement works where necessary.

Manage and attend to residents’ and tenants’ feedback, complaints, and arrears-related matters.

Verify and certify completion of contractors’ work and recommend payment upon satisfactory completion.

Coordinate maintenance-related consultancy works with professional consultants and liaise with relevant authorities for applications and renewal of licenses and certificates.

Investigate and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to identify root causes and implement preventive measures against recurrence.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

Diploma in Building, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management.

Certified Fire Safety Manager.

Experience managing or coordinating multiple sites.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information
