IT Support Assistant (Hardware & Onsite Support)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Assistant to join our team, providing day-to-day technical support across multiple business locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both onsite and remote support, and is confident working with hardware, networks, and Microsoft systems.

Our store and office teams operate primarily in Mandarin, so this role involves delivering technical support, training and documentation in both Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote IT support for multiple offices and stores

Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Exchange Online

Set up and troubleshoot printers, scanners and office hardware

Configure and support VoIP phone systems

Install and maintain network devices (routers, switches, access points)

Set up CCTV systems (basic installation and troubleshooting)

Support new store setup, including internet and network configuration, Wi-Fi deployment, and device setup (PCs, POS systems, printers, phones)

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently

Maintain documentation and provide user guidance in both Mandarin and English

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of IT support experience

Working proficiency in Mandarin and English

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online administration

Business-level networking experience, including router and switch configuration

Australian work authorisation (this role is not open to sponsorship)
