Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at Arthouse Hotel in Sydney CBD.

This is a hands-on, food and beverage-focused leadership role across casual dining, busy bar service, functions and corporate events. You’ll work alongside the Venue Manager and leadership team to deliver strong service, lead the team and keep each part of this multi-level venue running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts across Artasian Restaurant, Rabbit Bar and venue functions
• Coach and support team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and events teams throughout service
• Maintain strong standards across service, presentation and guest experience
• Support venue administration, cash management and daily reporting
• Ensure liquor licensing, food safety and workplace safety requirements are followed

What We’re Looking For

• A food and beverage leader from a restaurant, pub, hotel or events background
• Comfortable moving between restaurant service, lively bar trade and functions
• Knows how to turn function and corporate event briefs into smooth, well-run service
• A genuine people person who brings energy to the floor and builds a team that has fun, backs each other and delivers great hospitality
• Organised, decisive and able to keep multiple service areas moving at once
• Current NSW RSA and availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
