Talent Advisory is recruiting on behalf of our client, an established manufacturing business based in Kings Meadows, with multiple opportunities now available for Production Workers to join their team.

These are great entry level opportunities for people looking to build a career in manufacturing. Previous factory or production experience is an advantage, but definitely not essential. We are looking for people with the right attitude, who are reliable, willing to learn and take pride in their work.

The role

Working within a small production team, you will be involved in:

· Basic production and assembly work

· Using hand tools and equipment

· Following production instructions and quality requirements

· Preparing and handling materials and finished products

· Maintaining a clean and safe work area

· Working with the team to meet production requirements

· Site based installation work for the right people as skills develop

About you

We are looking for people who:

· Are reliable and have a strong work ethic

· Have good attention to detail

· Take pride in producing quality work

· Work well as part of a small team

· Are willing to learn and develop new skills

· Are customer and quality focused

· Hold a current driver's licence

· Can successfully complete pre employment alcohol and other drug testing

Previous manufacturing, factory, construction or other hands on experience would be an advantage, but is not required.

What is on offer

· Multiple permanent full time positions

· $27.50 per hour + superannuation, above Award rates

· Working hours generally around 7:00am to 3:30pm, with hours to be negotiated
