About the Role
Reporting to the Workshop Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
• Using advanced diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns
• Performing repairs to manufacturer standards and specifications
• Completing complex diagnostic and technical repairs efficiently
• Collaborating with Service Advisors and Parts teams to achieve outstanding customer outcomes
• Supporting workshop productivity and technical excellence
• Maintaining accurate repair documentation and diagnostic reports
• Participating in manufacturer training and staying current with new vehicle technologies

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Senior Automotive Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience working within a dealership environment
• Toyota experience highly regarded but not essential
• A commitment to delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Current manual driver's licence
• Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic
