Responsibilities
Review and approve applications and reimbursements for various sales campaigns.
Track, compare, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports on sales campaign performance and statistics.
Document, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across Agency Division processes.
Manage the archival of important documents for proper record keeping and ease of retrieval.
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including sales administration, distribution support, incentive administration, and payment processing.
Coordinate and support key initiatives within the Distribution Business Processes team.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in operations and/or distribution support.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be an advantage.
Degree in any discipline.
Diploma holders with relevant working experience are also welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel or Power BI.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
