Our young and thriving company is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Agent, who showcases a passion for real estate and an understanding of clients needs! We are seeking someone who can shine independently, achieve great results, is charismatic and has a solid but also strong work ethic.

We currently offer our services in the Western Corridor of Melbourne, however, are seeing an increasing amount of demand and opportunities popping up in Melbourne's North and South East, in which we would like to further build our brand exposure in.

The successful candidate will be flexible to work across all three areas (Western Corridor, North, and South East Melbourne) based on opportunities and business needs.

Our small but talented team are led by our Director, who showcases incredible relationship management, allowing repeat business. We are well connected with the right people to help clients needs from financing options to maintenance related items. We hope to invite someone into our small team and help our expansion, allowing you to gain unparalleled experience and developer a client base from the ground up, setting a stage for limitless career and opportunities!

Depending on the level of industry experience we are more than happy to discuss a starting retainer + competitive commissions.

What we hope you bring:

Minimum 1 - 2+ years' experience in residential sales.

Agents Representative Certificate.

A strong drive to achieve and surpass targets, both individually and as a team.

A positive mindset and proactive work ethic.

Capability to work independently, highly time management efficient, and self-motivated.

Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
