About Our Client
Our client is a well-established project management consultancy based in Sydney CBD, known for delivering high-quality construction and property projects across the education and commercial sectors. Their portfolio includes a mix of private and government school developments, along with a range of commercial projects.

They are now looking to bring on a capable and driven Project Manager to join their collaborative and growing team.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will support and lead the delivery of projects across the education and commercial property sectors. Working alongside experienced senior leaders, you will play a key role in managing project outcomes, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up and take more ownership of projects while continuing to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of education and commercial property projects from planning through to completion
  • Assist in developing and managing project programs, budgets, and key deliverables
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project progress
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and support the implementation of solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and client expectations
  • Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder updates

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager within the construction or property sector
  • Exposure to education, commercial, or similar asset classes is highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute across multiple projects
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Property, Architecture, or similar
