Client Details

We're partnering with a global market leader in logistics to appoint a Field Sales Executive focused on driving new business growth across the mid-market segment.

This is a highly autonomous, client-facing role where you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle - from prospecting through to onboarding - while building long-term partnerships with customers across multiple industries.

Description

  • Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across target industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Deliver tailored solutions aligned to customer logistics needs
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations and commercial agreements
  • Partner closely with internal teams (operations, product, key accounts) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data within the CRM
  • Drive account growth and retention across your portfolio

Profile

  • Proven experience in a B2B field sales or business development role
  • Strong track record of winning new business and exceeding targets
  • Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Commercially savvy with a solutions-based sales approach
  • Highly organised, with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
  • Resilient, driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
