This represents a rare opportunity with a well established Mid Tier firm based in Townsville. This firm has been in operation for many years and is very well known in the region. This firm provides their clients with a wide variety of financial services.

POSITION

Due to strong growth and expansion, the position of Tax Specialist has been created.

This role will encompass and not limited to the following:

• Work alongside the Partners to provide expert advice in the areas of structuring, M + A, valuations, financial modelling, Div 7A, CGT, general tax advice + more
• Ability to network internally and with external specialists as needed
• Liaise directly with clients and prepare pieces of advice as needed

• The Provision of Expert Tax and Financial Advice:

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA Qualified
• CTA (highly desirable)
• Masters of Taxation (highly desirable)
• 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice within tax consulting/tax advisory
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of tax regulations, legislation and successful tax strategy implementation
• Exhibit exceptional leadership skills
• Stable employment history
• Based in Townsville or willing to relocate to Townsville
• Full working rights (no sponsorship provided)
