Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive | Southern Suburbs
Circa $100K+ Base + Super + Commission
An exciting opportunity has opened up with a growing commercial property business looking for an experienced Sales & Leasing Executive to join their team.
This is more than just another S&L role — you’ll have the opportunity to build your own profile, grow your portfolio and significantly increase your earning potential as the business continues to expand.
The Role
You’ll work across a diverse mix of commercial property, including office, industrial and retail, with a strong focus across Perth’s southern suburbs.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving commercial sales and leasing campaigns
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying and winning new business
- Growing your own pipeline and market presence
- Working across a varied and established property portfolio
- Developing opportunities across Fremantle, Canning Vale, Booragoon, Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial S&L professional who is ambitious, commercially minded and ready to take ownership of their career.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Proven commercial sales & leasing experience
- Strong knowledge of the Perth commercial property market
- A genuine ability to generate new business
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Current WA Sales Representative registration
- Property management experience – highly regarded
- A motivated, entrepreneurial approach and desire to grow
