Duties

• Manage projects from pre-construction and procurement through to completion and handover
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
• Build strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders
• Monitor project risks, variations, costs and programme requirements
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard

Skills & Experience

• Project Management experience with a reputable commercial head contractor
• Strong fitout, refurbishment and/or live environment construction experience
• Experience delivering commercial projects $10M and above
• Experienced with Procore, Aconex or alike
• Construction Management, Building or related qualification preferred
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
