π About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Time Lecturer (Business & Marketing) to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students while contributing to curriculum development, academic leadership, and student success.
π― Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials in Marketing and related Business modules.
Teach at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.
Take on Programme Leader and/or Module Leader responsibilities when assigned.
Develop and review curriculum, teaching materials, assessments, and examinations.
Supervise final-year projects, dissertations, and research work.
Support student learning, academic progress, and career development.
Collaborate with academic teams on programme development and quality assurance.
Participate in school events, academic projects, and industry engagement.
β Requirements
Doctorate (PhD) in a Business-related discipline.
5β7 years of relevant teaching or industry experience (teaching experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Marketing subjects such as Consumer Behaviour, Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Research, and related areas.
Experience in curriculum development or programme administration in higher education is an advantage.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online teaching tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work evening classes and occasional weekends when required.

ACTA, ACLP, DACE, or other teaching qualifications.
Professional certifications (e.g. Google Certification).
Experience working with university partners from the global university.
Research experience and familiarity with tools such as SPSS, R, NVivo, or Excel.

Monday to Friday (teaching shifts may vary):
8:30 AM β 11:30 AM
12:00 PM β 3:00 PM
3:30 PM β 6:30 PM
7:00 PM β 10:00 PM
