The Opportunity
A well-established APAC organisation is on the hunt for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between the business and IT, turning problems into requirements, and requirements into real solutions. You'll gather the data, ask the right questions, and design the systems that keep the business running smoother.
If you know your way around Power BI or Power Automate, love untangling a messy process, and can hold your own in a stakeholder workshop — this one's for you.
What You'll Own
- Be the go-to for internal stakeholders — building relationships and supporting the applications and reporting tools they rely on
- Run point on requirements — facilitating workshops, documenting technical and functional needs, and getting stakeholder sign-off
- Design solutions — writing specs, gap analyses, and recommendations that align to enterprise architecture
- Drive change — coordinating migrations, raising change requests, and delivering user training
- Keep projects on track — managing plans, leading technical analysis, and partnering closely with Project Managers
- Fix what's broken — triaging escalated tickets and finding the fastest path to resolution
What You Bring
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, IT or similar
- Solid systems analysis experience — hospitality systems a strong plus
- A track record turning business requirements into sharp technical specs
- Hands-on skills in Power Automate or Power BI
- Sharp communication skills, written and verbal
- Self-starter energy — you don't wait to be told what's next
- The business acumen to grasp a process fast and know where to improve it
