Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
· Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from business requirement gathering through sourcing, contract execution, supplier onboarding, and post-award support.
· Lead sourcing projects for non-technology categories including:
o Sales & Marketing services
o Event management and production services
o Creative and advertising agencies
o Corporate services
o Selected Facilities Management services
· Develop sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, service, and risk.
· Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to identify competitive sourcing opportunities.
RFQ/RFP Management
· Prepare, issue, and manage Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Information (RFI) exercises.
· Coordinate supplier evaluations using predefined commercial and technical criteria.
· Facilitate cross-functional evaluation committees and provide sourcing recommendations supported by data and commercial analysis.
· Ensure sourcing processes are fair, transparent, and compliant with internal governance policies.
Supplier Negotiation & Contract Management
· Lead commercial negotiations covering:
o Pricing
o Service levels
o Contractual terms and conditions
o Performance metrics
o Renewal and exit clauses
· Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to review, negotiate, and finalise supplier contracts.
· Support contract execution and ensure all contractual documentation is complete and properly governed.
· Manage contract renewals and supplier performance reviews where applicable.
Stakeholder Management
· Serve as a trusted procurement business partner to internal stakeholders.
· Understand business requirements and provide sourcing advice that aligns with organisational objectives.
· Influence stakeholders on procurement best practices and policy compliance.
· Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and business teams throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
Risk Management & Governance
· Identify procurement, commercial, operational, legal, and supplier risks throughout the sourcing process.
· Recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to minimise procurement risks.
· Ensure adherence to procurement governance, delegated authority limits, and organisational policies.
· Maintain complete sourcing documentation and audit trails for compliance purposes.
Supplier Relationship Management
· Develop and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers.
· Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs and contractual obligations.
· Drive continuous improvement and value creation through supplier engagement.
Key Requirements
· 5–10 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
· Strong experience managing end-to-end procurement activities.
· Demonstrated experience conducting RFQ, RFP, and RFI exercises.
· Proven experience negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and supplier contracts.
· Experience supporting non-technology procurement categories, particularly:
o Sales & Marketing
o Events and marketing services
o Corporate services
o Facilities Management
· Experience working within a structured procurement governance framework.
Technical & Functional Skills
· Strong understanding of the procurement lifecycle.
· Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and supplier evaluation techniques.
· Good understanding of contract structures and commercial terms.
· Ability to analyse spend, pricing models, and supplier proposals.
· Knowledge of procurement risk management and governance practices.
· Experience using procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Jaggaer, or equivalent) is an advantage.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Commercially minded with strong analytical thinking.
· Able to work independently while managing multiple sourcing projects.

Education
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related discipline.
· Professional procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, ISM, or equivalent) are advantageous.
