Angel's Aisle is expanding it's operations into night trade from September / October 2026 under the brand "Mr G's Kitchen & Bar." Hence, we’re seeking a creative Dinner Chef to join our boutique hospitality operation in Stanley. This role begins with Thursday to Saturday evenings (5 hours per night), with expanded service during all the peak holiday periods (Tuesday to Sunday). Plus a specialized evening food event once a month which could be during the day or at night. The commercial part operates alongside the most popular accommodation business in the seaside village.

About the Role

Prepare and present beautifully plated meals and desserts with a strong focus on quality and visual appeal.

Work with the owners to design and deliver an evolving menu that highlights fresh, and diverse ingredients.

Bring broad culinary experience across different cuisines and styles.

Lead dinner service with professionalism, consistency, and a passion for memorable guest experiences.

Additional Opportunities

Cater Christmas parties, small wedding receptions, and private dining events.

Contribute to a growing calendar of special dining affairs and signature evenings.

For the right person, we’re open to discussing a profit‑share arrangement, and / or leading into establishing your own night-time restaurant as a tenant.

A qualified chef with strong dinner‑service experience and an eagle eye over food costs to prices charged.

Someone who values presentation, flavour balance, and seasonal creativity.

A reliable, collaborative professional who enjoys working closely with owners to shape a unique destination dining offering which is currently a missed opportunity in the area.

Also like a person with a positive attitude, people friendly as the town is very close knit.

The restaurant will close during the month of August due to cold weather conditions. This is when holiday time must be taken.
