We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Boilermaker Supervisor to join our growing team on an ongoing basis.

The position is FIFO ex Perth, working an 8:6 roster with 12-hour day shifts, and offers a competitive hourly rate.

We are looking for candidates with a strong trade background and a minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience across structural steel, mechanical, boilermaking, welding or related construction disciplines.

Duration: 28/08/2026 - ongoing minimum 3 months
Rate: $80-$90 per hour flat rate
Location: Goldfields

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating Structural BMW activities across fabrication, installation, maintenance and construction projects.
• Coordinating labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring completed works meet project and client requirements.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with site systems, permits, risk assessments and company procedures.
• Liaising with project managers, engineers and clients to ensure effective project delivery.
• Completing daily reports, progress updates and project documentation.

Essential requirements:

• Recognised trade qualification in Boilermaking or Metal Fabrication.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Structural BMW Supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience supervising structural steel, mechanical, boilermaking and welding works.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of QA, inspection requirements and construction standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Current S26 qualification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months, or willingness to obtain.
