About The Role
This is a key operational role that sits at the heart of the business - supporting the construction and approvals process and contributing directly to smooth project delivery and strong client outcomes.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll be heavily involved in the pre-construction and approvals phase. It's a fast-paced, detail-driven position suited to someone who enjoys structure, process, and working across multiple projects at once.
You'll communicate regularly with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders - playing an integral part in ensuring approvals progress efficiently and on time. This is a full-time, on-site role with no work-from-home flexibility, ideal for someone who wants stability, growth, and to be part of a well-run residential construction business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and lodging building approval applications with private certifiers and local councils
- Coordinating with engineers, surveyors, environmental assessors and other consultants
- Requesting and managing soil tests, surveys, energy assessments, reports and other pre-construction documentation
- Maintaining accurate records, approvals checklists and trackers across multiple estates
- Communicating proactively with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders regarding approval status
- Assisting with reviewing covenant requirements and estate-specific guidelines
- Supporting continuous improvement of approval processes and documentation
