About the role
We run offline retail roadshows, pop-ups and event booths across malls, atriums and community venues in Singapore for our home and lifestyle brands. We are looking for a hands-on Roadshow & Offline Sales / Operations Manager to own the end-to-end execution of these activations — from site planning and setup to team management, sales performance and logistics. This is a role for someone who is equal parts commercial (hits sales targets) and operational (runs a tight, well-organised booth).
Key responsibilities
Own sales targets for roadshows, pop-ups and offline retail activations; drive the team to hit and exceed KPIs.
Coach and motivate promoters/sales staff on selling technique, product knowledge and upselling.
Monitor real-time sales, adjust tactics on the ground, and report daily performance.
Plan and manage the full roadshow calendar: site selection, booking, scheduling and manpower planning.
Oversee setup and teardown of booths/displays, fixtures, signage and POS equipment.
Manage stock allocation, replenishment, inventory reconciliation and cash/payment handling at each site.
Coordinate logistics — delivery of stock and equipment to/from sites island-wide.
Ensure each activation complies with mall/venue rules, licensing and safety requirements.
Recruit, roster, train and supervise roadshow promoters and part-time staff.
Handle vendor and mall/landlord liaison, contracts and on-site issue resolution.
About you
3+ years in retail sales, roadshow/events, promotions or offline sales operations, with 1+ year in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
Proven track record of hitting sales targets in a retail or events environment.
Strong operational and organisational skills — able to run multiple sites and logistics simultaneously.
People management: recruiting, rostering, training and motivating on-the-ground teams.
Hands-on, energetic and comfortable with physical setup work and long hours on-site.
Willing to work weekends, public holidays and evenings, and travel island-wide.
Good communication and negotiation skills for mall/landlord and vendor dealings.
Comfortable with numbers — sales tracking, stock reconciliation, cash handling, basic budgeting.
