About the role

Inbound Travel Operations Executive focuses primarily on managing ground transportation and logistics for incoming travellers. You will oversee vehicle scheduling, coordinate with drivers, manage supplier bookings, and actively optimize trip counts to save operational costs. Handling the night emergency hotline is required.

Key responsibilities

Manage fleet logistics by scheduling drivers, tracking transfers, and arranging guest meet-and-greets.

Book transport vendors including coaches, private cars, and regional transit operators.

Coordinate driver assignments to ensure maximum vehicle utilization and zero missed pickups.

Monitor flight tracking dynamically to adjust vehicle dispatch and prevent paying for aborted trips.

Audit transport invoices and supplier booking rates.

Handle the night hotline on shift rotation to resolve urgent transit issues.

About you

1–3 years of experience in transport coordination, logistics, or travel operations.

Must work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays (PH) on a roster.

Strong route knowledge of local highways, airport layouts, and tourist hubs.

Calm under pressure to solve breakdown or driver issues independently.

Proficient in Excel and digital fleet management or booking tools.

Entry-level candidates or those new to the workforce with the right attitude will also be considered.
