Job Description:

Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan

Conduct market research and identify trends, customer needs and industry changes

Identify potential markets, key customers, and industry sectors

Create with the sales team to create long-term clients

Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Gather client feedback to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project updates

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and tracking ROI

Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, budget, and outcomes for senior management

Develop partnerships with industry bodies, suppliers, and other companies to enhance the company's network and reach

Negotiate co-marketing agreements and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with industry stakeholder.

Mentor and guide the marketing team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to execute marketing strategies effectively

Provide support to the Commercial/ Billing department

Assist the General Manager with ad-hoc duties/ deliverables as required
