What the Role Looks Like Day to Day
You'll be the first voice patients hear and the first face they see - and that matters more than most people realise. This role is as much about people as it is paperwork.

At the front desk, you'll:

Welcome patients in a way that immediately puts them at ease

Keep appointments, recalls and patient flow running smoothly

Handle calls and enquiries with clarity and genuine care

Behind the scenes, you'll:

Keep patient records accurate and up to date

Process payments and assist with day-to-day admin

As part of the team, you'll:

What We're Looking For

Warm, professional, and calm under pressure

Great communicator with solid organisational skills

Experience in dental or medical reception is a plus, not a prerequisite

Dental4Windows experience handy, but not essential

Unrestricted working rights in WA
