We're looking for a leader who understands that premium retail is about far more than selling a product-it's about setting the standard.

This opportunity rarely becomes available. In fact, the previous leader spent over 16 years with the business before moving on.

Now, we're searching for someone who can continue that legacy.

You'll lead three Adelaide locations, coach a small leadership team, and be responsible for creating an environment where exceptional customer experiences, commercial performance and impeccable presentation go hand in hand.

About you

You have a natural presence.

You walk into a store and immediately notice the details others miss. You set high standards-not because someone asks you to, but because you genuinely care.

You're equally comfortable analysing performance as you are spending time on the shop floor coaching your leaders.

Most importantly, you lead with professionalism, integrity and accountability.

What you'll bring

Multi-site leadership experience within premium retail, fashion, luxury or customer-focused environments

A proven ability to coach and develop leaders

Exceptional commercial awareness

High personal and professional presentation

A passion for delivering an elevated customer experience

The confidence to make decisions and lead from the front

Tuesday to Saturday roster

$80,000 base + commission + store bonus
