Transforming Therapy Services is an innovative multi-disciplinary clinic located in the heart of Blacktown NSW.

We are seeking 2 detail orientated people to join our admin team and support our clinical staff of speech pathologists, OTs and Counsellors. We are a highly motivated team focused on quality service provision.

We have 2 roles available:

Monday to Friday from 7am to 1pm.

Monday to Friday 3pm to 7pm

This role includes:

Using the company car to pick clinicians from the local station in the morning. You must hold a drivers license to be applicable for this role.

Booking client sessions directed from our automated system

Cancelling and rescheduling client sessions

Following up client paperwork and return to each clinical work such as reports or letters.

Phone calls and email enquiries

General filing and provision of documentation

Client payments

Receipting and taking payments

Creation of client folders and other general administrative tasks

As part of the induction process, our new team member will be supported to learn the procedures to enable the role responsibilities by internal courses, training, observations and supported task activities.

We really need you to have:

Working with children’s check

Police check

Drivers License

NDIS Worker Registration

First aid certificate

We would love you to have:

Experience in some form within an admin team.

A passion for client facing roles

Be self aware and highly motivated to support the team of allied health professional they are working with to ensure smooth running of procedure.

Our new team member will be provided with:

Constant support and on the job training in all elements of working in an admin team.

Pay scale

As you are working within an allied health clinic, you pay is covered under the allied health services and support award. Your pay scale will be determined by your experience and skills.
