About the role

City Cave Revesby is seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a progressive wellness centre located in Revesby NSW 2212. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic treatments to our diverse client base, contributing to their physical wellbeing and recovery. This position offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact on clients' health and wellness journeys.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their health history, physical condition and specific therapeutic needs

Performing a range of massage therapy techniques including remedial, relaxation, sports and specialised massage treatments tailored to individual client requirements

Developing personalised treatment plans and providing professional advice on self-care and injury prevention

Maintaining accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment outcomes and progress

Ensuring treatment spaces are clean, hygienic and professionally prepared for each client

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and professional communication

Following all health and safety protocols and maintaining professional standards at all times

What we're looking for

A recognised qualification in Massage Therapy (Diploma or higher) from an accredited institution

Current registration or eligibility for registration with a relevant professional body (such as AAMT or similar)

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and various massage modalities and their therapeutic applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client rapport and trust

Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and tailor treatment approaches accordingly

Professional approach to client confidentiality and data protection

Experience in remedial massage or other specialist areas is highly desirable
