Job Scope:
Manage insurance claims recovery cases
Review and process claims documentation
Liaise with customers, insurers, and internal stakeholders
Follow up on outstanding claims and recoveries
Ensure timely and accurate case resolution
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1 year of insurance claims experience (Mandatory)
Candidates with insurance sales experience and claims processing are welcome to apply
Familiar with the insurance claims process
Good communication and problem-solving skills
