Key Responsibilities
Coordinate quality inspections and testing activities.
Maintain QA/QC documents, reports, and records.
Track inspection requests, approvals, and test results.
Monitor defects, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.
Follow up with subcontractors on quality issues and rectification works.
Assist in quality audits and compliance checks.
Ensure works comply with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Prepare quality reports and provide updates to the project team.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel on quality matters.
Support document control and quality management processes.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in QA/QC, project coordination, or construction.
Basic knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
