Baker – Artisanal Bakery

Little Sister is a growing artisanal bakery producing handcrafted breads, pastries, and baked goods fresh every day across our multiple retail stores and wholesale operation.

We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our production team in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

About the Role

Mixing, shaping, baking, and preparing artisan breads and bakery products

Working with fresh doughs and high-quality ingredients

Following production schedules and recipes with consistency and care

Experience working with commercial bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and other production equipment.

Taking responsibility and ownership of your products from preparation through to completion

Working closely with the team to ensure production runs smoothly and to a high standard

Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and production standards

Early morning and weekend availability required

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in a production baking environment (essential)

Previous baking or commercial kitchen experience

Passion for artisan baking and quality products

Someone who takes pride in their work and cares about the end product

Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Willingness to take responsibility for your work and contribute positively to the wider team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business
