Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance on various facility equipment (such as electrical and mechanical, control, and fire-fighting systems), managing change processes, creating procedures, and overseeing vendor operations.

This role starts with 12-months contractual term with opportunity to convert to permanent full time employment.

Key job responsibilities
• You will plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment’s, including but not limited to, chiller, air handling unit (AHU/CRAHU),fan coil unit (FCU), ventilation fan, split air conditioner (AC), pumps, leak detection systems, roller shutters, power distribution boards, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)batteries, and generators.
• Develop site specific documents including Maintenance checklist, EOP, SOP and RA.
• Service report preparation and submission for preventive and breakdown maintenance works.
• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with established standards, procedures & local legislation.
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate manager.

Basic qualifications

Degree, Diploma, or NITEC certification in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or any related engineering discipline.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems commonly used in data center environments. Equipment experience includes (but is not limited to): Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU/CRAHU), ACMV, Pumps, Leak detection systems, Roller shutters, Power distribution boards, UPS and batteries system, Generators

Preferred qualifications

Data Center engineering or operations experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Familiar with preventive maintenance programs and work order systems, or computerized maintenance management systems
