An exciting new chapter is about to begin. Paisley Park Early Learning Centre is opening in Riverlea in September - October 2026.

Riverlea is set to become a vibrant, thriving community designed around families, connection and an exceptional quality of life. With new homes, schools, parks, community facilities, retail and amenities taking shape, Riverlea is creating a community where families will live, work, grow and build their futures.

We are thrilled to be bringing Paisley Park to one of Adelaide’s most exciting and rapidly developing new communities. Our brand-new, consciously designed, purpose-built 118-place Early Learning centre will be located within Palms Shopping Village, placing Paisley Park right at the heart of this growing Riverlea community.

As one of Adelaide’s leading early learning providers, Paisley Park has built a reputation for creating high-quality learning environments, strong relationships with families and a culture where Educators are supported to thrive.

We are now looking for an exceptional Centre Director to lead our arrival into Riverlea. This isn't an opportunity to take over an established centre. This is your opportunity to build one.

From the very beginning, you will have the opportunity to establish the culture, build your team, develop relationships with families, create strong community connections and shape the reputation of Paisley Park in Riverlea. You will be there for the first children, the first families, the first Educators, and the first milestones, creating a centre that can become an integral part of the Riverlea community for years to come.

As Centre Director, you will lead the establishment and growth of a brand-new Paisley Park service and will play a pivotal role in:

Building and developing a high-performing, diverse team

Establishing a strong, positive and accountable workplace culture

Creating genuine relationships with children and families

Building connections with schools, businesses and community organisations

Establishing the centre as a trusted and valued part of the Riverlea community

Supporting enrolment growth and the long-term viability of the service

Leading the service in accordance with the NQF and all legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements

Ensuring child safety and child protection remain at the forefront of practice

Working collaboratively with the Paisley Park leadership team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children

and families.

To be considered, you must be an experienced Early Childhood Leader who understands that a successful service requires a balance of strong leadership, exceptional people practices, compliance, child safety, operational capability and community connection. You must have:

Relevant child care qualifications such as a Diploma or Degree (Graduate Diploma applicants won't be considered)

Permanent Residency

Have a licence and own transport

Demonstrated experience in a Centre Director or senior early childhood leadership role

Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)

Sound knowledge of Child Safety and Child Protection

Strong understanding of early childhood compliance, legislation and regulatory requirements

Experience leading and developing a diverse team

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

A sound understanding of the operational requirements that contribute to service viability and sustainable growth

Experience managing rostering, staffing and workforce planning

Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively

A genuine strength in building relationships and community connections

The confidence to represent Paisley Park within the Riverlea community

A willingness to work outside regular hours when required to attend community events, build relationships and promote the service

A genuine passion for early childhood education and creating environments where children, families and Educators can thrive.

Be performance-focused and engage Educators in professional learning, with an improvement mentality

If you are an ambitious Early Childhood leader who wants more than simply managing an established service, if you want to build something, lead something and leave your mark, APPLY NOW.
