Join Our Team – Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the construction industry. If you have experience in tendering, contract administration, and cost management, and enjoy working in a fast-paced project environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off, calling for quotations and preparation of tender documents for the submission of tender.

Analyse and evaluate the received quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms

Assess Subcontractor’s Progress Claims and prepare Payment response within stipulated timeline

Assist the Contract Managers for assessment of Variation Orders and Extension of Time by Subcontractor and Suppliers including finalization of accounts.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all project requirements are met

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Efficient, good analytical skills and able to work independently.

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.

Possess 2-3 years of working experience in the construction industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad.

Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.

Changi East Office

Free transportation provided from Tanah Merah MRT

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
