Amity Housing is an experienced, nationally registered Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider managing quality SDA homes across South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to NDIS participants, providers and investors while building long-term, collaborative relationships across the NDIS sector.

We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated SDA Tenancy Manager to join our growing team in Victoria.

This is a fully remote role based anywhere in Victoria. You'll be our sole Victorian team member, supported by an experienced national team and reporting directly to the Managing Director.

About the role

This is far more than a traditional tenancy management position.

You'll manage a portfolio of SDA properties while working closely with Support Coordinators, SIL providers, hospitals, allied health professionals and the broader NDIS network to help participants find suitable homes and achieve successful, long-term housing outcomes.

You'll also represent Amity Housing at industry events, build referral relationships and work collaboratively with our dedicated marketing team to maximise occupancy across the Victorian portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties.

Coordinate participant enquiries, applications and tenancy onboarding.

Develop strong relationships with Support Coordinators, SIL providers, hospitals and allied health professionals.

Attend networking events and actively build referral pathways throughout Victoria.

Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance with our national maintenance team.

Prepare tenancy documentation, SDA Residency Agreements and compliance records.

Work collaboratively with our marketing team to maximise property occupancy.

Provide exceptional customer service to participants, families, investors and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, SDA requirements and Victorian tenancy legislation.

About you

You'll be someone who enjoys working autonomously while building genuine relationships with people across the disability sector.

Ideally you'll have:

Experience within the NDIS, disability, housing or community services sector.

Experience in tenancy management, property management or SDA (highly regarded).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Confidence working independently in a remote environment.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

A current Victorian Driver Licence and willingness to travel throughout Victoria.

What we offer

Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements.

Opportunity to make a genuine impact in the lives of people with disability.

Supportive national team with experienced leadership.

Autonomy to build and grow the Victorian portfolio.

Ongoing professional development.

Competitive salary plus superannuation.

If you're passionate about improving housing outcomes for people with disability and enjoy building strong relationships within the NDIS sector, we'd love to hear from you.
