We’re looking for an Install Assistant to join our family-owned blinds, curtains and automation business based in Osborne Park.

You’ll work alongside our lead installer in one of our company vans, assisting with the installation of blinds, curtains and motorised products across homes, schools, aged care facilities and commercial projects throughout Perth.

This is a permanent part-time position to start, with consistent hours each week:

• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday – 9:30am to 5:00pm
• Tuesday & Friday – 9:30am to 2:00pm

No industry experience is required, as full on-the-job training will be provided. Experience using drills and basic hand tools is preferred but not essential.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is reliable and shows up ready to work
• Is fit and healthy and enjoys hands-on work
• Takes initiative and has a positive attitude
• Is comfortable using tools or willing to learn
• Has a current driver’s licence (essential)
• Can obtain a Police Clearance, as some of our work is carried out in schools and aged care facilities (essential)
• Wants a long-term career, not just a job

As your skills and experience grow, the role will progress to full-time, with the goal of training you to eventually work independently.
